2.When GR type grating is used alone and without cement plate,bearing bars must be set in of trench covers and verticaily placed against the direction of running water.

6.IIIustration of Grating Galvanizing¡G
1)Grating steel must use¡G
¡»1-50 x 7x 4 pitch=35.3mm l steel bearing bar.
¡»Crass bar size 8 x 8 and every 35.3 mm with 90 degree twisting pitch=100mm.
¡»Envelop side¡Ggrating sides should be soldered and framed by 50 x 6 mm steel bar. No damage should be caused to main material.

2)Grating cover [except envelope side]must automatically be welded with high be welded with high frequency wave. No damages should be caused to main material.

3)Material¡GSS-400 steel is used only.
4)Finished grating must be galvanized for smooth surfact. Quantity of galanizing zinc must be at 610g/m2.
